Raffles Graduation MY TURN 21032013

This news have been a week old but, I had graduated as an Advanced Diploma Holder in Jewelry Design in Raffles KL, and I got the 'Best Student Award' and so as the 'Best Collection Award. and thankyou for those who came during the exhibition in Fahrenheit.

It feels like yesterday that I just enrolled into Raffles Jewelry Design, and now Im a fresh graduate. The 2 years have been fun and it has so much sweet memories, met so many new people from the same course and  different course. Honestly being a Jewelry Design student is awesome, because this department had been like a family to me because everyone were being so close to each other, its like when ones had problem the otherS would know bout it, people might think we are 8, but this is how our department works. So Glad

So many person i want to Thank for being able to be where I am right now, especially the 2 lecturers that taught me, Adam Whitney and Sydney Scherr. Both a great lecturer with their respective experience and design ideology. Its been fun learning under them even though there times i stuck on certain step, but everything worked out, not sure whether they will saw this but, i had alrdy thank them respectively hahahahaha. Next would be my lovable juniors and seniors, super supportive. you guys been great to me, u guys didnt really made a fuss over me, which i am very grateful of hahaha.. lastly and not least my parents that had supported me so long since i started this course, xie xie.

My collection includes 2 separate sets, which is the mens collection and womens collection. The entire collection is inspired by the Art of Nature, below is the hand fabricated necklace with choker, entirely in sterling silver and with the use of liver of sulphate.

Making this entire collection had been fun, and i were able to try many techniques on making this collection a success, but honestly, i did not felt that I myself as a designer explored enough... anyhow, done is done, but might be enlarging this collection with different techniques like enamel and piercing, (will be fun) more pictures will be posted after the collection is being photoshoot. So stay tune for it..

Thereafter the graduation, I will be entering the next stage in life after diploma which is Internship, that will be starting after today, havent able to find a company yet. anyone wants to hire me? the Malaysia Good Design Mark Award Giving Ceremony 2011 on 27032012

So, here's the news!! *still hot and cuddly from my brain* LOLS

what i meant was before i forget, well, my family, dad's friends and I went for dad's award receiving ceremony of Malaysia Good Design Award by the MRM in the Shah Alam Convention Centre, SACC, so of course we arrive there early,and actually, the main award in this event was actually for the 'Tokoh Pereka Negara' which meant by the Figure of Nation Creator? well, google the malay word yrself kay!!! :) and this award is for our great previous prime minister and dad's favorite, well i can say its almost everyone's favorite, cause he is the person that brought up our country, Malaysia and.. i bet you know where am i getting to... its none other then the 4th prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.. and then other companies's award which includes my dad's that falls under the category of fashion and jewellery design.

previously i said the 4th prime minister was my dad fav right??!! so dad brought his book written by Tun Mahathir and a photo of dad with Tun Mahathir to have it signed by Tun Mahathir. Dad were so happy and excited bout it.. ahahah *glad it went well if not effort down the drain* which will be sad

and before he left, dad gave him a lil souvenir

Reviews of 2011 and Resolution of 2012

Well, lots of people had written their last year's review and this year's resolution.. and now its my turn, there's been to much stuff going on, assignments, classes, chores, home cleaning, shopping, this and that, which made me no time to spend on blogging, had been really sad that i wasnt able to have the energy to blog anymore unlike previous times that i can blog for the whole week :(

so my last year were GREAT, best year i ever had, which i can hardly wish for more, hahahahhaha cause

1) i passed my SPM papers, which i felt totally awesome bout it 3As to me is actually good enough, i never hope so high on my theory studies, but its great!!!

2) then later on, i entered and started my college life in Raffles and from there.. i learnt so much bout jewelry making and art histories, and furthermore, i had 2 awesome lecturers!!! Adam and Sydney.. best betul mereka dua tu!!! and next my article on my work were featured on SinChew Newspaper with my Senior, Khai Lai X)

3) Wishes came true bout getting a converse red shoe and also a camera, LX5... and is like FINALLY a CAMERA to my own... i actually won the money from the MRT Logo Competition, Consolation Prize which is RM2000, so i used the money to buy camera and its leather cover..

4) I had finally went for at least one Nuffnang Events and the most important event, the NUFFNANG BLOG AWARDS and on that night, i met one of my favourite bloggers in Malaysia, Chukei and KennySia, This were actually a dream came true for me....

5) i celebrated my birthday TWICE which both twice also is surprise, this would be my first time 2 surprise celebration on the same day.. thankyou :)

6) and last but not least, i were also able to meet so many famous, fabulous, great people of Malaysia, there's Jimmy Choo, Amber Chia, Malaysia's Astronaut, and others...

actually there are more, but this are few of the most important things that matter me very much and appreciated it very very much.. hahahah, this review turned out like a thankyou post.. omgod.. ahhahahah

alright!!!! so for this year!!!! i wanna achieve:
1) better grades
2) less foul languages from me
3) exposed to more design elements and design stuff
4) meet more people
5) being less emotional and more to mature
6) better hairstyle
7) more impressive designs
8) and also i have to work extremely hard on time management...

there is just so much i want myself to be improved on.. SO MUCH, i can hardly state it down here..
so please stay tune for more.. from now on, i will be posting more about my design stuff and also event i attend, but i will also post bout my life :)

i also hope that this year is not THE END OF THE WORLD :)

NAPBAS 16122011

oh yeahhhh...!!!!! time to blog about my night of NAPBAS..!!!!!!

the NAPBAS were great..!!! saw lots of famous bloggers from around 7 countries Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, Brunei, Philipines and Singapore. The event were great but honestly i did not enjoy much cause i attended the event alone.. not many of my blogger friends were interested and some were not invited.. when i heard the news that my friends not invited it just me dont wanna go..!!! cause i were so worry that i might be seriously alone... either way.. I WENT so thats it..!! i just toughen myself up and go on.. but it would be great if i can go with my blogging friends.. IT WOULD BE SO AWESOME..!! i just know it..!!!

so i went to NAPBAS early at about 6 plus and waited for their registration to open at 6.30.. and i sat there and waited till about 7+ only the registration started.. seriously, all formal event is like that always delay.. so sien ><  here are some photo that i took, didnt take much photo sadly cause not in a mood but here it is:

so i were placed on the table 43 with other bloggers... and yeah.. i met bloggers as in speaking with themm finally the first blogger i spoke to *instead of chuckei*

but sadly i didnt took any photos with them :(

anyway, the food were great..!!! love the taste hahahha

and the entertainment and performance of the night.. pole dancing, singing, and of course how could i forget BOTAK.!!!Harith Iskandar.. his great on stage..! made me laugh like an idiot that night with his jokes and all..!! cant wait to see him again live..!!! YOU ROCKS BOTAK.!!!

i needa break from my life

HELLO GUYS..!!!!!!! nvr been able to update much...

there just nothing much happening lately, its just the assignments, classes, AutoCads, designs, and drawing stuff revolves around me.. and is just frustrating when i needed money to book the materials from online.. its just s annoying to plan out everything and ask for money.. it just make me worry SO darn much.. i just wish that the college would just help us order and we just pay for it.. but its IMPOSSIBLE..!!!! even getting a toilet in block C is totally impossible, CRAP..!!! should have went to LKW went my dad ask me to, but damned the expenses there could be even higher.. SAD..!!! i totally wish that my family is billionaire, no need to worry so much about money and buying material stuff..!!!!

sometimes i complaint too much n lil matters and there are times to i try to rush stuff when it doesnt need to be rush but, is just that it just disturb me so much that i couldnt concentrate on having fun like you guys.. im always thinking of the time that i has to be back home, the assignment have to be done on time, i just like to make sure everything is on track...

i dont want to be like when im still in high school everything wait for last minute, that attitude of mine has to be gone, you heard me, GONE i said *pissed at my own*
i know its our Malaysia culture that, Malaysians love to do last minute work, but the 'worry' just kills me so MUCH..!!! :(

i just needa break..!!! a month long break if possible, but its not...
raffles break is only a week long and thats why, we the ones study diploma can graduate faster then other colleges... so jealous that there are colleges, that are having a two week long holiday.. ayeyaiyai ><

owh yeah before i forget.. ahahah, the photo of me taking picture with Tan Sri for the MRT LOGO CONTEST award were featured in the Raffles International Admission Office 2012 magazine.. im so happy ahahahah, well thats the most recent news for me :)

and not only that, i had started driving myself to college since last saturday 26112011, its like finally im able to drive to college by myself, i felt so embarrassed for kept on asking my beloved friends for a ride

MRT LOGO CONTEST AWARD GIVING CEREMONY 18082011

hey readers and friends, as you have know, 

IM ONE OF THE TOP 20 in the MRT LOGO DESIGN CONTEST, and im invited to the MRT LOGO CONTEST award giving ceremony in 1SENTRAL... and my dad accompanied me to there from College, took an hour off from Syd's class.. :)))

its definitely my first time wining such a big design contest and also is my first time ever my dad came to MY AWARD GIVING CEREMONY instead of me attending to his.. hahaha, im so glad my dad could come...

THANKYOU VERY MUCH.. you have been such a good help and been a great supporter in helping me to promote my logo.. its all because of you all that made me to be in Top 20, therefore... I will update my blog more often and post more AWESOME photos, cause am getting a semipro camera with the CONSOLATION PRIZE (RM2000).. i know it would be better if i treat you guys for lunch or dinner but obviously i would do that cause if you were me, would you do that..??? I DONT MIND PEOPLE ASKING ME TO treat them cause they have the right too.. so NEVERMIND that.. ahahah cause i had been getting those questions A LOT :))
