10 rounds of running of the field.. ( getting tired juz in 3 rounds )
3 sets of 15 push ups ( of course i only do for 1 set )
15 seat up ( that one i do 2 sets but is in an improper way )
haiz... with this size i cant do anything SPORTS...
have to keep up.........
