SME PILLAR's 1st Anniversary dinner

 

attended the SME first anniversary dinner with mom and dad at friday (20/05/2011)..

we were invited because my dad was interviewed by this SME newspaper

which i had posted previously that my whole family picture were in the SME newspaper (pillar's page)..

the theme for this dinner is MEET, EAT, PLAY... awesome right..!!!! XD

well its a casual dinner.. but have to be in formal wearing.. XDD

i got to MEET a lot of people in this event...

and also i saw a x-surian student there... his the ceo of the princess shoe company...
so yeng leh..!!!!!! his older then me about only few years, and his now the ceo of the company...
kinda envious of him, in such a young age.. XD

So we are in the table no.8 and we sat along with two owner of a cafe and an insurans salesman..??

ahahahah forgot what its called for the people that advertise their insurans... paiseh.. XD

ooo... ice sculpture.. XDD

its for the beers and soft drinks..

the graphic design on this brochure is so nice, cool and neat..!!!

as expected from the SME newspaper company..!!

well, now for the food..!!!!!!! i love the food part..!!!!
(the first thing in my life is smile/ laugh but the second thing in my life is EAT)

this is the smoked chicken slices... love the taste... XD

cod fish with sweet potato and barley... (my favourite of the night)

the dessert is cranberry with moose biscuit..?? lols... im not that good with food ingredients..
bare with me.. i will learn more of the ingredients and their names..

for the PLAY, will be the mixing cocktail contest... hahahah
my dad joined but he did not win.. its just a game... the important thing is SUPPORT.. thats all
but if could win then better la of course... XD
my dad is the most left with the pink tie on.

well this event/dinner was kinda succesful even though the seats were not fully occupied..
but its not a fully failure event because this is just the 1st anniversary for this newspaper company its just the beginning so this could also be said as a succesful event...
because we got to MEET, EAT and PLAY in this event,
which was the main thing for this event..!!!
